Each of our staff members is part of a team of orthodontic experts. Even more importantly, they are all part of our family of care providers in Indianapolis and Greenfield. We truly care about our patients and their well-being. We pride ourselves on our clinical knowledge and our ability to effectively communicate to our patients and their families.
I have been an orthodontic assistant for 20 years, 16 of those have been with the Pritchett’s. I began here September 6, 1994. My Job is very rewarding to me. I love to see the progress and confidence the patients gain from their orthodontic treatment. I have 2 children and live on the eastside of Indianapolis.
I’ve been with Pritchett Orthodontics for 2 years. My husband, Randy, and I have been married for 17 years. We have a 13 year old son and a 10 year old daughter. We enjoy camping and ATV riding.
I work as a chair side assistant and have been since 2008.
In 2004 I came here as a patient and enjoyed coming to my appointments and loved the atmosphere. I am happily married to Timothy Stephens since October 2009. I am proud to say that he is currently serving his country in the United States Army.
I have been with Pritchett orthodontics since January 2001. I work in both the Greenfield and Indianapolis offices. I truly love my job and the girls that I work with. I also enjoy meeting new patients and getting to know them. I am married and have 2 children and a grandson.
I’ve been with Pritchett Orthodontics for one year. I love being a dental assistant it is a very rewarding job! I just got married in March. My husband’s name is Josh. We just built a new house in Shelbyville.
I have been employed with Pritchett Orthodontics since 2008. I work mainly in the front office area and I am currently training to do chair side. I get to experience both of our offices located in Greenfield and in Indianapolis. Working with patients and their families one on one is the best part of my job. The interaction and seeing the progress they go through is an amazing experience. Outside of the office I am a full time college student studying to become a dental hygienist. I have a two year old son whose name is Landon; whom I spend every second possible with. I hope you find our doctor’s and friendly staff a joy to work with!
I ‘ve been with Pritchett Orthodontics since 1988. My main duties are debands, first record appointments, making appliances and trimming models. I love needlework and gardening. I am married with one son and four grandchildren.

I have been married to my husband Bradford Brown since June 2005. We have a daughter Ainsley who was born on January 22, 2009. I am proud to say that my husband is a cancer survivor and cancer free as of December 2009.
I am an orthodontic chair side assistant and lab assistant. I have been employed with Pritchett orthodontics since April 2001. I am happily married to my wonderful husband Ryan for 13 years. We have two beautiful daughters, and reside in Greenfield. When I am not working I enjoy riding our Harley with Ryan and vacationing with her girls.
I have been employed by Pritchett Orthodontics since September of 1978. Hard to believe I was single when I started and I am now a grandma. I started here working chair side and now I mostly work in the front with insurance, deposits, letters, and helping with scheduling and phones. My main job is treatment coordinator doing initial exams and consultations. I enjoy my time here at Pritchett Orthodontics.
My name is Jody. I only work, 2 days a week, in the Greenfield office. I have been employed with Pritchett Orthodontics since August of 2000. I have 15 years experience in the dental field.

Hello, my name is Sarah. Although I have just recently joined Dr. Pritchett’s team, I have been in the orthodontic field for about six years. As a treatment coordinator, I look forward to meeting you at your very first visit with us! Seeing the progress our patients make from beginning to end is the best part of my job. Dr. John, Dr. Chuck and our awesome staff give our patients so many reasons to smile! When I am not in the office, I love to read, play tennis, & travel. My favorite destination is Maine, where my family has spent many summers on the lake! I also spend a lot of time at the ballpark as my son is a very active baseball player!! I have worked at Pritchett Orthodontics for 15 years (1995), working chair side for 12 years placing braces and making adjustments. For the last 3 years I have been working in the lab in our Greenfield office removing braces and taking diagnostic records and making appliances. I married my high school sweetheart in 1993. We have two girls, 12 and 15. I enjoy working three days a week so I can split my time between my Pritchett family and my family at home.
I am a fairly new member of the practice, however I love my job as a receptionist. It is a very busy position, but very enjoyable. I have 3 children and I’ve been married for 14 years. I look forward to coming to work every day and helping everyone out in any way that I can.
I have been employed with Pritchett Orthodontics since November 1998. I was hired as a lab technician, then in January 1999 I started working as a chair side assistant, and have been since. I was married to my husband, Bill, in May of 93′. We have 3 children together. They were born in 1995, 1998 and 2003.
The most exciting aspect of my job is to see the end result of our patients. I truly enjoy my job and hope that we continue to make beautiful smiles for years to come!!
My name is Sonya, I’ve been working for Dr. Pritchett for 7 and half years. I really enjoy where I work and what I do. I have a daughter that is one years old and her name is Addelynn. I live on the south side of Indy and I love it. I’ve been trained to do chair side assisting, lab and front desk.
I am an orthodontic lab technician with Pritchett Orthodontics. I have been employed here since 1978. I graduated from the dental assisting program at Professional Careers Institute in 1978. As a lab technician I play a role in the retention phase of treatment, which involves fabricating removable Hawley retainers. When I am not busy bending wires I enjoy baking and spending time with my family along with our potbellied pig. I currently reside in New Palestine with my husband and two daughters.
I have been at Pritchett Orthodontics for 33 years, I started January 2, 1977. This was my first full time job. I enjoy meeting new people, and working for both Dr. John and Dr. Chuck. I don’t ever want to retire, however, I am now working 3 days per week.
I began working here in 1987 at the age of 15. I would come in and file charts every day after school—a job that my daughter has now taken over. I have worked here off and on for the past 23 years while raising my two children. I am currently working part time as a financial coordinator. I enjoy meeting new people and the fun atmosphere we have here.
I have been in the orthodontic field for 26 years, 23 of those have been with the Pritchett’s. I work in the Greenfield office 2 days a week and Indianapolis 1 day a week. I am from the Greenfield area so I really enjoy working in the Greenfield office where I know a lot of the patients and it is always nice to meet new ones in the Indy office also. We have a lot of fun here so I plan on being around for several more years!
